"A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌"

"Arrived early in the morning after a international flight..naturally our room was not ready because checkin is at 3...we sat for two hours and noticed other people were checking in w/o a problem so I asked if our room was unavailable because we only had a cozy double..a lady finally said let me check..she was kind and even upgraded our room to more of a kitchenette...very comfortable..everyone was so nice"

"This is a great place to stay. The rooms were motel style so open the door straight outside which was perfect as we had our 5month puppy with us. Dog friendly too, could take her into the pub. On arrival, in our room was a dog bed, two dog bowls, dog towel and a doggy welcome pack - great touch. Our room was comfy and had everything we needed. Good Wi-Fi (free), smart TV and a small fridge which was useful. The room was clean and tidy and despite being on a main road, it was quiet overnight. The...

"3 night stay. Cute English Pub. Big room. Bed is very small but comfortable. Fantastic breakfast included daily.. Had been travelling around so would have preferred washing facilities on site so had to find elsewhere off site. Would certainly return. "

"Very good location. Pub staff very friendly and professional particularly Alex who was excellent. Nice menu with a variety of options all prepared and presented extremely well. Nice room, but did have to ask for a change of sheets after 6 days. Would also have liked a grab bar in the shower. My wife and I are seniors and were nervous about slipping. However, have to say the shower was the easiest to use of any hotel we have stayed in. Highly recommended !"

"Uniqueness & history of home… Beautiful home, be ready to walk up 3 1/2 floors if room is on top floor…. No lyft. Not a problem for a 17th century hm, just realize that- Would recommend a bathtub safety bar in rm 310#. Very sm tub, but nothing to help pull to get out of it! Rather comical trying to get out… just funny after 10 minutes… lol. Loved our stay…"
