"Was perfect place to stay for my nieces graduation. We had a lot of family in town and rented both this one and the one next door. Had more than enough room for everyone. Ours was clean and beds were comfortable."

"Rented this home for U of I graduation. It is conveniently located - just about 5 minute drive to campus. Neighborhood is quaint and quiet. House had ample space and the kitchen had adequate amenities. Plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towels supplied. We hung out in the backyard which had a nice patio table and chairs. Charming house in a charming, walkable area. We would certainly stay here again. "

"My friends and I needed a place to stay for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect place! We loved having a full bath on each of the 3 floors and appreciated how quiet and residential the area was. It was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we needed. We were able to get groceries nearby, walk to restaurants, and felt very safe. Finding parking was a breeze. The house itself was perfect for our needs. One thing to note is one of the "bedrooms" is located at the back of the top floor landing...

"This house is much bigger than it looks from the outside! Very clean! No bugs or unwanted critters, considering it is right next to a beautiful creek. The only thing we missed was having some ambient lighting, some table lamps or something other than the overhead lighting everywhere. But maybe theft has been a problem for the owner in the past (?) Also know that if you plan on arrive any earlier than 4pm, check in with the owner for permission, because the door will not open until EXACTLY 4pm....

"There were 8 of us and we all had a wonderful stay. The boat was a perk we really enjoyed! We fished, we cooked, we laughed. We saw deer, a coyote, lots of great blue herons. Some played pool and some played pacman while enjoying records on the turntable. Highly recommend this place!"

"Hospitality and communication were great. Everything we needed was available. It was nice having family together and room to spread out a bit when not at the IHSA Ind. State Wrestling Championship. Comments were already made about hopefully returning next year. "

"The owner was absolutely fabulous. Very responsive and helpful. Pleasant and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house itself was very cool and very well appointed. Bedrooms or comfortable kitchen had everything you could need. Family friendly it seems that they thought of everything. Excellent location. Well fenced in the yard. Will definitely return."

"Great house and neighborhood! Close enough to Rantoul for our baseball tourney, well worth it over crowded hotels!"

"We had such a great time with the arcade and gaming tables. The hosts were so accommodating and we enjoyed many a great meal around the dining table which accommodated all five of us including 3 generations! We will definitely try to stay again if they aren't already booked. "
