"Stayed 3 days. Hallways and in our room carpets need shampooed. Bedding was stained. There was a “ trick” into making sure our door locked behind us. It was splintered and looked like someone had tried to kick it in. Always 3-4 people hanging right outside front door drinking/smoking at night. One of them was the front desk guy."

"exterior is dated military. I know, because I was stationed at Chanute, but they did great updating. It is now a sleeper stay choice, clean, quiet, comfortable, economical"

"the worst of any hotel i ever stayed. the hotel needs serious renovation before it should be rented. the staffs cooperated, but there is limit to what they can do. dirty couch and torn chair in the room, no shampoo and lotion in the dispensers... shower knob stuck ... so on and on. terrible experience. "We enjoyed this property. Comfortable beds, robes, beautiful garden and friendly staff. It isn’t the typical breakfast usually associated with a BnB but plenty of items for help yourself. The decor is blended historic and modern with a tv and a computer in the living and dining areas. The place is quiet and location is great. We would stay here again."

"The room was clean and spacious for one person. Staff was good enough. You have to pay for breakfast separately. There was very little shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion so they ran out before I checked out."

"This is a great hotel for the Champagne area great breakfast, and the dinner option with cocktails is definitely a plus The downside is it’s not in a great neighborhood however, I did feel very safe at the the hotel no issues with anything outside."

"Property was in good condition and rooms were clean. Breakfast options were great! Even included gluten free options for us! The area around the hotel didn't offer much but it was conveniently located off the interstate. Staff recommended a great gluten free restaurant nearby! Good restaurants and shopping within close driving distance."
