"The staff was pleasant. The room was less than expected. The couch had no springs left so you sank to the bottom. One area of the walls and molding had old coffee stains.
The shower had a good steady power of water. It all needed renovation.
Wouldn't return"

"The property had its charm and was well-located near the historic district of St Augustine. We had to call for a hair dryer. Apparently, someone had taken it home with them? The floor in the room was not clean. There was no mat to wipe your feet on. There were tiny bugs in the room on the bathroom floor. The flat screen TV was rather small. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, but there was no waffle machine. I probably would consider going back there though. It is a motor inn, so we parked...

"the property is very close to castillo and all the museums. the breakfast is subpar and i think it would benefit from later weekend hours. same waterbased rubbery eggs both days. this morning we came to the dining area at 9, the crowd was huge, no butter for toast, no orange juice, no oatmeal. no place to sit down for a family of 5. i went and checked outside as well. on saturdays breakfast ends at 10. the day before i waited over 10 minutes to get my car from the valet service. both days the...

"The lobby was very clean but the room was worn out. Lamp shade metal was rusted, the bathroom door was rotted at the bottom, the carpet looked stained. The hall carpet was very dirty. They had two elevators but only one was working with a dirty floor and floor number buttons were rusted. I would not stay there again and probably not a Best Western."
