"The room I booked Queen bed was spacious. The breakfast is continental in lobby with muffin, fruit, yogurt and beverages. I had problem with staff there. The lady who checked me in was very nice. But in the morning, the other staff at front desk kinda started preaching me that I "should have" used compost bin for trash when I told her twice that their trash can was not working (in breakfast lobby). I didn't like at all that she was not proactive. If this was my business, I would have said...

"We had an amazing stay! My friend got a migraine during our trip, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They extended our stay and helped us in every way they could, which we really appreciated. They also have lockers where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, making it very convenient to explore the city. "There is a strike happening right now and made it difficult to stay there with limited housekeeping services and loud demonstrations happening with drums, whistles and speakers at the front of the hotel until late and starting at 7am. It’s such a good location near the stadium though but if we knew about the strike we would not have booked it. Front desk staff is amazing and worked really hard to help everyone"

"Having a little store inside the lobby was nice when we didn’t have a car and there aren’t many places within walking distance. There are microwave meals and drinks along with candy. We forgot an item and it was saved for us on our return trip. The staff was friendly. The problem was with the noise from a club down the street and the patrons that started street racing and doing donuts on the corner at 1am, but that isn’t the motel’s fault."

"Exstodinary service relatively reasonable especially at the last minute. Had a snafu at a compeditora few blocks away. They tripled the price after a refund reached out to the Alexis and booked for the price I had seen a few days earlier. They didn't double the valet, like the competition. The front desk was exstaodinarily kind and upgraded us to a suite. Bed was comfortable a bit noisy but not unexpected due to the world cup. It will be our first choice next time."
