"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."

"My stay was great but couldn’t give 5 stars for 2 reasons. First, the temp throughout the hotel was really warm. I generally prefer warmer temps but this was too warm, especially for June. Second I was charged a lot for my room and I learned from non-US colleagues they had rooms for far less. I’m not sure if they change the price if you book from a US VPN?"

"Took the train from Luxembourg to the Central Station (Gare Centrale). From there took the Metro to Schuman station (4 stops) and it was about a 10 minute walk to the hotel from there. Need to buzz in to reception and then again once inside. After that was able to register and get my keys for the room and a separate key for the exterior doors. "The food in Tope (rooftop restaurant at hotel) was limited choice and boring. The music was loud but great taste. The food at Cantina Valentina was limited for vegetarians, service was great. Loved the breakfast and quirky features of the hotel. Not a good location if a lone traveller wanting to use the local train station. Staff very helpful."
