"Spent 2 nights at St.Georges purely to go shopping at Gun Wharf. Accommendation is only a 3 minute walk away so is perfect for what we wanted. The accommendation was extremely clean and had everything we needed, there was spare shampoo and had tea/coffee/ biscuits and even a bottle of prosecco in the fridge which was a lovely gesture. We were so pleased when we arrived and saw a lit christmas tree in the lounge. It was these touches that would make us stay again. Communication was great and...

"Found a gem with this one !! Gorgeous boutique hotel where the staff have all run off and abandoned the place so you can stay at a sensible price. This is now my no1 place to stay when travelling to the IOW (and that’s without using the sauna and hot tubs.) Steve and Mubi are great hosts and are doing a great job in covering for the missing staff ?? "

"Stayed here with our family of 4, the room was amazing! It is more of a B and B than we normally book, so I was worried about our kids being too loud. I would absolutely go back with my husband, though! Cute town, and so close to the beach. Communication wasn’t always quick, but not sure if that’s because I used the Expedia app?! All in all would stay there again. "

"This is a beautiful, historic hotel. We had 2 family rooms which were clean. Location is excellent for visiting the old historic area of town. We stayed 1 night before ferry to France the next morning. Coffee/tea service in the room was very good. Definitely would stay again. "

"The location was excellent for us feeling central to accessing Southsea and Portsmouth. Within walking distance to old Portsmouth and the sea from. From Checking in we spent little time at the venue, but the time we did, the staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable meeting our needs. "
