"The staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and super friendly! The room was great for the price, I just wish the AC actually worked. The AC unit had a broken back pipe so it was blowing out hot air through the back but otherwise everything was amazing!! Definitely recommend"

"Beautiful hotel well situated to access public transport, shops and attractions. We ate dinner in the bar 2 nights and both days it was delicious. Staff on reception and bar were very friendly. I would return again next time I am in Prague. Breakfast had plenty to choose from. Rooms are a good size and very clean."

"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Mit fuß und zug überall erreischbar. Waren mit dem Auto dort und uns wurde geholfen die Dachbox abzunehmen (da die Höhe für den Parkaufzug zu hoch war). Räume sind groß und angenehm. Der Game-Changer war das Spielezimmer für die Kinder, fand ich super. Die Kinder wollten fast garnicht mehr raus😁 Frühstück war auch sehr breit gefächert. Uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen sicherlich wieder wenn uns der Weg nach Prag führt."

"Conveniently located near the central train station. If you're a light sleeper then make sure you get a room on the 4th or 5rh floor, otherwise the train vibrations will keep you up all night. We were placed on the second floor but they were really nice and helped us change our room to the 5th floor on the second night."

"The problem of this venue is that their raison d´etre and focus is nor satisfaction of guests but of the staff. Some staff members live there (which ofc out of principle why not) but as this is their home they have a tendence to raise their own interests over interests of guests (noisy behaviour in commone spaces). The same is for management who support the staff in this kind of behavior and also are noisy. One receptionist is factically offending guests and (and least that is what he says) has...
