"Everything was wonderful, including the location, the breakfast and the room. What was best however, was the front desk staff. Special mention for Victoria, who went above and beyond, to move me to a bigger room with a nicer view. Also, Chris, who provided with me with a nespresso machine that he brought from his house. "The room was kept clean but the matress was very old to the point that it was uneven. I got the deluxe room with window to the street. There was a pub and very noisy at nights. Staff was friendly but the cleaning service still went into my room after I placed the "Do not disturb" sign outside the door. A fairly good location though."
