"Rummet va väldigt dåligt städat när jag kom in. Trots att man ber om att få rummet städat så händer ingenting. Va smuts på dem "rena" handdukarna som man fick. Syns tydligt i övriga delar av hotellet att där inte läggs ett fokus på att hålla det rent. Från reception och upp till rum är det fläckar ..."
