"My locked vehicle was broken into during our stay. When it was reported to the front desk staff she explained that although they have cameras they couldn’t do anything about it and unfortunately it happens all the time. Especially concerning as after we checked in we were walked out to the parking lot and told specifically where to park, will never use this Best Western again."

"The floor washroom had hair on the floor. Maybe it was the mop that was used but there were at least 10 strands. The washrooms always have a funny smell as well.
Beds are comfy, location is good and I like that there is free parking. Breakfast options are basic."

"We have been all over the world to a lot of different hotels. We were just doing a quick one night visit to see family and booked this hotel because it was the best price for the size. Honestly it's been our favourite hotel we've been to for the price! The room was fantastic, the little kitchenette was great, the pool and hot tub were amazing and the pool was warm. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was so nice. Even got into a lovely chat with one of the cooks. Every time we come back to...

"All I can say is utter filth avoid at all cost. I recommend Expedia removes it from its website it will ruin Expedia's reputation the property nearly ruined our family holiday we had to find a different hotel after spending a night at this hotel. We only spent the night there as we had already checked in and we we charged for the night.
We couldn't leave this hotel soon enough."

"The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean. The place needs an update (charging station would be nice (bedside), smarter TV, cleaner hallway carpets, etc… . The pool and fitness center are “out of order” and although I read on the website that there may be a pass available for a local fitness center, this was not the case according to the front desk. The door keys didn’t work until the 3rd visit to the front desk. Breakfast was available and the coffee was good. It was...
