"This is a perfect hotel to stay in Rosebank - it is conveniently connected to the Rosebank mall through a short covered walkway so easy access to all restaurants, shops and cinemas in Rosebank (everything you could need in one place) Our check in was so friendly and easy , and a lovely feeling in the reception of the hotel, they have a very relaxed helpful vibe. I can highly reccomend the hotel and would chose to stay anytime i am in South Africa"

"Goede locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Enkel was onze geboekte taxi door het hotel niet aanwezig op de vlieghaven. De deur naar de kamer ernaast kon bij ons niet op slot worden gedaan (slot was kapot) waardoor ze waarschijnlijk in de kamer naast ons zo in onze kamer konden. Ontbijt was oke en leuk dat er een fitness aanwezig was! "

"I loved everything about this hotel. After speaking with Tamsyn for several months, she (and the rest of the staff!) made sure my visit was exactly how I wanted. The food was spectacular. Hats off to the chef. My massage was wonderful, as was the tour of the house. Highly recommend for a perfect experience. Thank you to everyone!"

With only 31 rooms, the hotel offers a truly intimate and exclusive atmosphere that feels more like a private luxury residence than a traditional hotel. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make our honeymoon special and surprised us with a thoughtful honeymoon cake in our room, which was a lovely gesture...

"Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. "
