"Great location and very vibey. But suffers from the usual lack of communication between staff as well as lack of visible genuine professional enthusiasm of staff who just seem to be going through the motions and who couldn’t care less about the guest experience. Breakfast is a joke and poorly executed with no quality checks. Nice menu but poor delivery. Also there is a chronic long edit for the lifts because the hotel had about 10 different side functions - speak easy, gym, offices, etc and...

"I love the WhatsApp communication from reception. I told them I’d arrive early at 10am and could I get a space to work for a few hours. They offered the boardroom but when I arrived my room was ready! At 10am! Well done. "

"One of the most beautifully decorated buildings I've ever visited. Everything is made with attention to detail, and the color combinations are so vibrant. Staff was friendly without invading our space. I also liked that they seemed to have interns training while we were there. One small complaint: the shampoo and shower wash in the bathroom are unreasonably high. A child that's old enough to shower alone may have trouble reaching."
