"This was the worst hotel experience of my life. i booked the room through expedia and upon check in i was given the wrong room. i got a room with one queen, non smoking. they put me in a room with two twin beds. when i asked for my room to be corrected they put me in a smoking room. the room was also filthy, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned. there was pee all over the toilet seat and the toilet paper was obviously never changed. i have asthma and cannot stay in a room that’s been smoked...

"Check in was supposed to start at 3. I showed up at 4 and was told my room wasn’t ready and asked if I could come back in a few hours. Hours?! I explained I had a work function to be at at 5 and needed to change and get ready. Front desk was nice but says they only have two house keepers and she doesn’t want to “piss them off”.
