"Our stay at Element Hotel at LakePoint was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. "I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!"

"The staff was great. The room was huge. I did not sleep well because the pillow was really bad. Location was great with nearby access to many places. There also was an odor we struggled with, but went to store and got air-freshners. "

Everything else was awful...the first room we were in had dirty bed sheets and black mold in the bathroom, the second room had no hot water and more mold in the refrigerator, the third room was fine. the swimming pool was not open, it was filthy and obviously hasn't been properly cared for. the lifting machines in the weight room were broken. the vending machines were out of order. there were fruit flies in the...

"Mold on ceiling. AC didn’t work. We had to get 2 different refrigerators. Stains on the floors. Stink bugs on the bed when we arrived. Very nasty place"
