"Convenient to everything and way better than a hotel "

"The house was clean, neighborhood nice, and good outdoor area to hang out. We stayed for almost a week so we cooked and grilled- the place could use more kitchenware- silverware, bowls, hand towels, mixing spoons, etc. Overall the stay was pleasant. Also, the property management was quick to respond. "

"Conveniently located but close to train tracks so when the train comes through it is pretty noisy. Otherwise this worked really well for us. We were in town for a baseball tournament. Only suggestion I have is to add a frying pan to the kitchen for guests to make breakfast. Host was easy to get in touch with. I would stay here again."

"My husband and teenage son had a great stay at this house, which they used as a base for a local basketball tournament close to Lake point. Plenty of room, quiet neighborhood…recommend!"

"Deer Creek is absolutely beautiful! Very clean and it feels like home. Check in was a breeze. The hosts are very nice and courteous. It’s perfect for small families and couples. I would definitely recommend staying here. The coffee bar was a plus! We stayed 3 nights. "

"Wonderful stay for multigenerational family, plenty of space for everyone to come together and have their privacy at the same time. Also felt very safe and secure with gate at the entrance. Plenty of parking for any guests during the day. "

"Home was quite spacious and had adequate furnishings throughout. The breakfast area and second living space was beautiful - saw a deer one day while drinking my coffee. All bedrooms were great! Kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet. "

"This house was perfect for my family during our visit to Lakepoint for baseball. It was clean and I lived having the use of the garage. It was such a conveinence for parking and to store their equipment. We will definitely rent again. "

"I was unsure about renting 216E-A because of the lack of reviews. When we arrived I was so happy we booked. Everything in the house is new… from the flooring, pots/pans, dishes, all bathrooms and faucets, refrigerator, counter top, kitchen sink, doors/door knobs, and the walls seemed newly painted. The house is immaculate. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of closet room for our bags. Communication with the owners was great. They reached out (email) to me make sure we were comfortable...
