"First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!"

"Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. "

"This was a perfect overnight stay while visiting a local college with my son. We were minutes away. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and personable which which just added a positive vibe to the visit. The room was huge, clean, modern and newly renovated. Thank you! "

"The room was 110% better than the one on Oswego Rd in Liverpool.. The outer property could use a little TLC ...Over All - Nice/Clean rooms for the price. Will use them again... Plus - When parking your vehicle ,you can back right up to your room door on and AWESOME LOCATION - To Thru way and Restaurants...The bed was so comfortable enough I sleep for the first time in a 7 day stay in the area .."

"I liked the modern feel of the Tru. Carpets in hotel rooms always make me a little uneasy from a cleanliness viewpoint, so I was pleased to see hard flooring. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was fresh and felt soft on the skin. Bathroom was spacious, clean and was well stocked with basic toiletries and a hairdryer. Mini fridge in room was handy for keeping drinks cool. Adjustable AC in the room was a plus as it was over 30 degrees during our stay. Check in and out very smooth....

"We came for the Nationals. The staff was very friendly. The rooms, 3 couples had 3 king suites, were clean and spacious. Picnic tables with a pond view made it nice to sit and relax after a long day of walking. Even with having a showcar and truck and trailer, there was safe parking. "

"Everything was great phoned to see about early arrival said the room type we booked wasn’t available yet but they would call when it was ready and it was within about 1/2 hour Food at the restaurant was excellent menu had a smaller selection than advertised on website but great staff and place to eat "

"A sweet hideaway without meaning to be one! It is in a very peaceful setting, tucked away from the urban noise of busy living. Management and housekeeping are super friendly, very hospitable, and readily available, but without initiating any disruption of privacy and/or anonymity- making it a great spot for a respite from the hustling amidst the city streets, yet you won’t feel far at all from any downtown events, venues or sightseeing that might beckon you.
