"Great stay we booked 2 apartments and it was perfect. Comms was great and we forgot some items which they kindly put in the post back to us. Thanks!! "

"The rooms aircon was broken, we were not informed of this. They had provided an alternative aircon machine and freestanding fan, however both were very noisy so unable to have on when trying to sleep, which meant a restless night due to temperature and no fresh air. Positives, able to use the luggage store on arrival, paid to use the pool, loungers around pool were not comfortable but plenty of them."

"Easy check in, very clean, spacious, everything you need. Decor a bit tired, dented bins, kitchen cabinets a bit wonky etc, but for the price and location I’d definitely stay again."

"It was such a pleasure to stay at Willow Ridge for a couple of nights. Lisa's communication before the stay was really helpful with getting me checked in. A very friendly lady who checked that I had everything I needed. I stayed in the King room, which was beautiful decorated, with a balcony window to look at outside and the most comfortable bed (I liked the Peacock duvet set). I fully recommend anyone to stay here. You won't regret it."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Very walkable to many of the tourist areas in Bristol. Other areas such as Clifton bridge were a short Uber ride away. We were able to walk back from there as it was all downhill. Large apartment which made it much more comfortable than a regular hotel."

"I would stay there again. However it would have been nice to have instructions on how to use the appliances. Had to figure out using chatgbt how to use dishwasher and washer/dryer. Could have had more kitchen garbage bags. There was just the one there and no others."

"Excellent location in the heart of Clifton village. Well appointed apartment, parking not guaranteed but plenty of off street parking nearby. Overall excellent value for money. "

"Brand new amenities including baby cot, new appliances and furniture. Came with all the little things like spices and well equiped kitchen that you dont usually get in rentals. Clean and city center easy to walk everywhere highly recommend we loved it. Stayed for 2 weeks while visiting family and never had any issues. Courtesy calls from agency to check everything ok."

"Pros: the owner is very accommodating, we arrived pretty late yet he is still happily wait for us and show us around the property. The property itself is very charming with old exposed brick and country furniture but with a twist of modern appliances making my stay as comfortable and homey. "This aparthotel exceeded expectations — perfectly located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Cardiff Central station, the river, and the beautiful Bute Park. Despite being so central, the apartment was very quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and stunningly decorated, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The complimentary chocolate was a lovely touch and made me feel even more welcome. "We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help."
