"I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Peartree. Nice property and very clean. Front desk staff were wonderful and helpful. The 2 bedroom apartment was fabulous, spacious and quite comfy. It is conveniently located across the street from the Salisbury station, which was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Stayed for a few days whilst helping child move from one uni accom to another. Hottest weekend of the year and really happy that apartment (superior 2 bed) had climate control. Made for a really welcome respite from heat of the day. Very well equipped kitchen. Towels provided of a very decent size. Beds on the soft side for our taste. Would say bring an eye mask as bedroom blinds are not blackout! Some hooks on back of shower room doors would be handy. Exceptionally clean! Would stay again."

"It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. "

"The boat had been moved to a new location which I was unaware of, but when I contacted the Team, Steve was so helpful, answering any queries I had, nothing was any trouble. Steve explained the boat was moved to a better location, which I was, quieter and much more scenic, it was beautiful! Thankyou. I dropped off a few bits to Matt in the morning and he had kindly put up the small birthday banner, got the cake ready and the champagne was on ice ready for our arrival. "Ideal for our family get together and was helped by great weather. We were all sorry when we had to leave. The kids loved and made full use of the pool and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The pub and games room were great features and were well used. Only one small point was that there were some dirty trays left in the oven. Would highly recommend for a similar group."

"Be very very careful when choosing this flat! The pictures do not match the accommodation at all. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the conditions are non-existent and the owner does not inspire trust or safety, as the apartment does not offer either. I do not recommend this place for women. I do not think I have ever met such an unsafe place. Avoid staying here, expedia should remove it from the site."

"We had a beautiful week at Karelia, the lodge was fantastic! Clean, very well equipped for the size of the group, perfect location in Ringwood forest with around 8 amazing play areas within an 25 minute walk. Timo was a great host. We would definitely book again! Only point I’d make if I was being picky would be the double bed in loft isn’t suitable for adults as it’s a tight squeeze to get in and out but for children it would be fine and the hot tub lid was hard to take on & off."
