"A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. "

Glasses you can feel it still had dirts all around them.I thought it would be equivalent to Premier inn but it's much worse. On the way to reception at ground floor, it smell like weed. One of the private room was playing loud music. Towels and beddings are dirty. .."

"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. "Arrived late so didn’t speak to the staff much, the man on reception was nice. Rooms pretty clean (I booked 2 rooms). Could do with a bit of a refurb in areas. Didn’t have breakfast there it’s expensive. Parking is chargeable now which I was surprised about because it used to be included. "

"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "
