"Place is very clean. Breakfast was very good. Housekeeping comes every other day if you're staying longer than a day. My only complaint is that the bed mattress was to hard for my liking. I recommend this hotel highly."

"Am requesting full refund. Our reservation was denied. We were not allowed to stay. The desk person, was not competent to process the situation. Numerous excuses that absolutely made no sense. Expect a resolution asap as our reservation was paid in full. Note, had a 92 year old mother and our pregnant daughter with us. We were rudely turned away. "
