"Perfect house for family boating trip. Very close to Mary Esther, FL boat ramp. Plenty of off-road parking for the boat.The house was a perfect fit for our family of 7 & dog. There was plenty of room for more guests. The neighborhood was great for dog-walking & it had a fenced in backyard. Very clean & neat space. "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location was perfect—close to my relatives as well as many stores. Our host, Brian, was very understanding and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns. If I return in the future, this is definitely where I’ll be staying again!"

"The house was beautiful and very good overall for the first 2 nights although the pool was a little unclean but I think it was from the grass being cut. The owner did get someone out to clean it for us though. The last couple of nights we did excperiance a power outage which did make the air not work and power in the kitchen and half the house be off for the remaining of our trip. This did include the kitchen appliances to not be working and the only air was the fans."

"Our service crew needed a house near Hurlburt AFB for a two-week job we were contracted for. The house had a perfect location to the AFB, although the neighborhood was tad seedy, and had a rooster crowing, just a few annoyances. The interior and all the furnishings were very nice and comfortable, no complaints."

"Accommodated our large group. Pool was amazing! Had one small hiccup at check in which lead to getting in house later, but manager was on top of things and got it fixed! Overall a great stay and will be back hopefully! "

"I have to say this place was wonderful.My favorite thing was drinking my coffe on the deck in the morning under the trees and spanish moss listening to the birds. It was so relaxing. "The host answers quickly. The property is clean and quiet. The location is good. I didn’t like the shower head but that’s just my preference there’s nothing wrong with it. They have a Keurig which I love. It’s just a nice place to be. There’s a huge tree that drops acorns everywhere and that attracts squirrels I enjoyed watching them. There’s a porch swing under the pergola and I enjoyed sitting there."

"Found this to be the perfect place to call home for three weeks. It was in the neighborhood I grew up in, so know the area well. It is a perfect location for visitors to feel like a "local" but to explore all parts of FWB, Destin and beyond.
