"Clean and well maintained. Other than being provided a 3 rd floor room and instructed where the elevator is, only to find the elevator not in service, it was a very good value!"

"1st of all We believe this hotel is ready to close because its very run down and we never saw any other guests in the 2 nights we stayed besides our families. The ceiling was falling in chunks and for the whole entire day until the next day someone actually cleaned it!! The cafe never opened the entire time! "There were cigarette burns on the comforter, no light bulbs in the lamp on the nightstand, and the AC made a loud rattling sound even when powered off. But the staff was friendly at check-in and the price was affordable. There's a Tim Horton's and a Wendy's in walking distance, which was nice."

I do not know if we saw an employee without a smile plastered on their face. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning.
