"Carl was very welcoming and had a lot of useful information and tips about the local towns. There was fresh fruit, fresh bread and other goods ready for us. Comfortable and quiet, easy to find, plenty of wildlife. Highly recommended!"

"Was a great location and had everything we needed.The induction cooktop was not easy to work out, but once we did it was fine. Glad the instructions were in a drawer!!Suggest getting rid of pots and pans that don't suit the cooktop though."

"This property was well located with a short walk to the beach and was very quiet with plenty of room. Lovely views from the veranda. Wonderful to have ensuites for three bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. The main kitchen, main bedroom and main lounge are located upstairs and overall there are three good sized fridges and a wine cooler."

"This was by far the most amazing small getaway I've had! It's Close enough to town to experience Agnes water & 1770, but far enough away to experience pin drop silent nights under the stars. If you are the adventurous type & want to try off grid living, this is the perfect place. The couple that runs it are extremely friendly and took care of our every need. I cannot recommend this place enough."
