"The Ruby Lissi Hotel was quiet and well situated very close to a metro stop, as well as an airport bus route (which was a great deal!). It was also walkable to the cathedral square and in a cozy, quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful. We did not have any meals there so I can't speak to the restaurant. "

"Very nice property, clean and modern, and an excellent staff who are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy; and they gave me a complementary bottle of wine. On the day I checked out, I was able to leave my bags all day, enabling me to explore the city more before leaving. The rooftop bar has a nice view, excellent drinks and I had a wonderful octopus salad."

"Overall, I had a very enjoyable week long stay. The check in was very quick and the reception staff were very informative. The room was excellent and great to have the convenience of trhe small kitchen. There were a couple of hiccups, with some items not replaced on cleaning days and the TV being very erratic. The transport links were affected by ongoing roadworks but in effect it was no more than 10 minutes walk to any of the tram, bus, rail or metro. All in all, I would recommend this hotel as...

"Excelente ubicacion, super bonito el hotel, tiendas, restaurantes, cerca de todo. El personal del hotel muy amable, nos recibieron y resguardaron nuestras maletas porque llegamos antes de la hr de check in, aunque habiamos reservado 3 habitaciones, dos de ellas ya estaba disponible y nos las dieron."

"The property was very nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. There was a hot water pot, instant coffee, sugar, and cream in the room, which was very much appreciated. There wasn't a lot in the area for shopping or sight seeing, but it was close to the subway which made it convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"Bit of a walk into the centre of town and attractions be easily doable. Hotel was very clean, big rooms. The air conditioning absolutely sucks though. We stayed on the top floor and it was 23 degrees c and the room was super hot. Wouldn’t recommend in summer. Otherwise hotel was great"

"This is the second time I have stayed at this wonderful hotel. I spent six days there two years ago and this time I was there for 10. It’s a beautiful building, and the hotel has amazing service, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast buffet, and beautiful garden to enjoy it in. I will definitely be back. it’s definitely worth paying a bit extra to have the Gustav Klimt-themed art nouveau room! "
