"Heater at room #274 wasn’t working, temperature was 67 F. Not good for a room of $250.00 with two cold and raining days. I asked for a repair but the answer was because the Summer started the heater was shut down. I never heard about it."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"We chose this hotel because it was newly renovated and had good reviews online. It was a little further away than where we wanted to be but we took a chance and were very glad we did. The room was very large and nicely renovated. The bathroom sink had a nice long counter and a cool mirror with great lighting and a built-in nightlight. Many hotel bathrooms are NOT set up this well. "Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."

"Put into no bed room, nothing was prepared. Breakfast is just some common items and in the reception hall offering, coffee is cold. Early check-in requested for 1:00 pm, but not available and their check-in time is 4:00 pm and charged for about 200$ is not worth it."

"First time staying at a red roof inn and honestly it wasn’t horrible. This particular location was convenient and wasn’t bad for a 2 day stay. Only thing we had to complain about was our bathroom. Bathroom had a few unclean-able stains and the toilet had a tape like sticky substance on the seat. Other than that, our actually bed and room was clean. 7/10 overall."

"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"
