"Close to the airport and calling for the shuttle for pickup and return to airport early next morning was seamless. The pool area looked great but we were on a 12 hour layover overnight and unfortunately couldn't use it. Our room overlooked the pool area and had a patio. There was a restaurant right next door to this hotel and that was very convenient for us weary travelers. I would book this again."

"We were allocated a disability room despite being able bodied and booking months ahead. That was not a problem initially as it was just 1 night. When I went to shower we found the shower head was not held by the clamp and very low. It would not stay in shower position. My hubby held it for me so I could shower. The nozzles were spraying sideways so I went to rub the silicon to straighten them but noticed the shower head was covered in a brown substance. It was nasty. I requested to be moved....

"A few pros and several cons with this hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. However, we couldn't get through to the hotel for the shuttle and had to use Uber from the airport. Breakfast was an additional $16/person. Biggest issue was the cleanliness. We discovered ants in our room in the morning, for which the hotel offered a 15% refund. Overall we're probably not staying here again."

"Booked an accessible room with roll-in shower, but did not receive, so made do with what we got. Facility is fenced in, so feel fenced in. Because of facility being fenced in some Uber & LYFT drivers got confused how to pick-up."

"The Shuttle to and from the hotel was very convenient. The employees all seemed nice. The shower had fantastic hot water. Which helped when I had to clean it the first night. Also the air conditioning/heater worked well. Outside of that it was alot of money wasted, cold eggs, dirty floors, no sanitizer for the equipment in the gym, no towels anywhere, pool, gym. The ratings and pictures are definitely not what it really is."

"We stayed in different rooms on April 29 and on May 1, 2026. The rooms seemed recently renovated. This is a no-frills accommodation: there are a little refrigerator and cups, but no coffee-maker. The concierge on each night was welcoming and competent. My only complaint is that on the second night, our supposedly non-smoking room smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. "Unless you’re very desperate for a room i would keep driving. Absolutely filthy room. I used towels on the floor to walk from the bathroom to the bed and I used hand towels on the vanity to cover the surface. The smell in the hallway was of old cigarettes. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I forfeited the money as it wasn’t worth it to stay and be so uncomfortable."
