"Everything was great with the loft. I only have 1 complaint and it has nothing that she has control over. My only complaint is the elevator was a bit sus. Loft was clean and had everything I needed. "

"What a gem of a find in downtown Detroit! Great location in a beautiful historic home with proximity to so many things. The unit was as described. Clean, modern and safe with lots of character. Donavan went above and beyond as a host. Highly recommended. "

"The place was spacious, had a TV with access to apps, and heating/AC because at night it’ll get a bit chilly while during the day it would get a bit hot. Places were easy to get to with a quick Uber/Lyft ride. "

"The property is in the old industrial area. It is quite isolated from downtown. The area around the loft building and the common areas are old, rundown and somewht dirty. The building has a leaky roof. My bathroom kept on getting buckrtfuls of water from thr ceiling. The appartment itself is large although most lights appear to be burned out"
