"We loved the cabin. Plenty of shade and trees to hang a swing and hammock from. Had so many activity items like corn hole, big jenga blocks, uno cards, and dominoes (to name a few). The littles and adults loved the games. There were plenty of seating options inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. "We’ve been going to Double Dog cabins for 7 or 8 years now. We love how peaceful the place is. It’s like a little piece of heaven just for you to enjoy. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoy going. The accommodations are amazing. You have everything you need already there. Even a washer and dryer. It deserves more than 5 stars. "

"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "My wife and I (and our two dogs) truly loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. My dogs absolutely loved running around the yard while we sat on the front porch listening to the hummingbirds buzz around. We also both agreed that the pictures don't do the location justice, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful part of Texas. We hope to make it back here again in the future. "

"So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot."

"Everything was perfect. The house was in perfect condition when we arrived. They provided all the essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, bedding and anything you made need in the kitchen area. The beds were so comfortable. The property is beautiful.
