"Great place for our getaway will stay again soon. Just bring bed sheets. pillows and blankets and towels kitchens are full equipped for cooking. Place was big and roomy and cozy Had a fireplace but didn’t use it. The area is under a burn ban at the moment so we wasn’t able to use firepit at nights walking distance to water hole to soak your feet for the time being Leakey about a 10min drive or so. "They did a wonderful job of creating a beautiful and comfortable interior in a grain bin. Two very large 2-queen bed bedrooms with a shower ensuite in one and a tub ensuite in the other which is also accessible to the large living area. Also have a queen futon in the living area. Have a nice collections of games, books and DVD's to enjoy. Nice firepit. Great girls weekend location.You need to bring your own towel and I would recommend they add a rubber mat to the tub for safety but everything...

"This place is awesome. My wife and I are avid science fans. She's a Biologist and I'm an avid amateur astronomer. This property was PERFECT for stargazing by night and animal spotting during the day. "We loved everything. We played pickleball, kayaked on the river, enjoyed all of our meals outside under the big oak trees and marveled at the stars by the firepit at night. I only have a few suggestions: the outside table and bar were dirty. The bar table had a huge pile of rocks on it and was covered in leaves and dust and there were no fire pit tools. But these were just minor things and did not cause us to lose any relaxing time. I think a small table top jenga game would be a nice touch...

"Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. "This was exactly what we were needing! The cottage is adorable and private, which we loved. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking!
