It's clean but not clean enough, what I mean from that is it's always sand since there's the beach right there across the street from the hotel. We don't mind on that part. Everything else are clean. Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront
Great location for the air show! Love the Tiki envoronment. Very few restruants within walking distance. Brunch was ok. But the cooked-fresh menu was SO much better. 2 specific items of note: * You pay for the Gelato before getting it. A VERY simple sign above the gelato would save a LOT of aggrevation. ...

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Melbourne Viera
The tables in the eating area were all worn down. They need a paint job or new tables. The elevator was out of service. The ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. The place needs an overall upgrade
