"The AC unit was very loud - too loud. The pool was nice - we enjoyed that. The entire property & rooms are extremely dated & need attention. If I could have cancelled I would have gone elsewhere but was informed I could not. 2 night stay for $640 was outrageous for the condition of room. Bathroom needs renovated. TV was small. "

"The hotel was very nice and the staff were very polite and accommodating. We ate at the bar and the food was great. It was nice to have free parking just below our room. The grounds were well maintained. The beach was across the street from the hotel and was not owned by the hotel. We did not have time there due to our other activities. The shuttle bus to downtown Key west was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Location to all the fun in Ket West is the best on the island. The resort has beautiful gardens with a private beach and pool. The food is very good. We will be coming back! "

"The resort had a very comfortable heated pool with nice grounds, chairs and tables. A staff member was always present offering free water and icee type drinks. Happy hour from 4 to 530 was incredibly generous and good. Rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. Our stay was enjoyable and we felt very pampered. We would return again for another vacation."

"The rooms were clean and even better, well thought out as to amenities. Didn’t swim in the pool though it seemed everyone else in the hotel enjoyed it! The view of the ocean from our room was wonderful to wake up to every morning! The hotel was also close to all the sights and stores anyone would need. Definitely stay here if you visit Key West!!!!"

"Great views and great combo of sunning areas with lots of available chairs, at the pool, on the dock, and in the two separate sand areas. Also really cool that there was direct access to the ocean to swim and right next to (steps away from) a small public beach. "

"We didn't arrive at the hotel until after sunset. The hotel rooms were somewhat like a motel. We had to carry our luggage to the second floor by ourselves as there was no luggage service. The carpet in the corridor of our room gave off a pungent smell. Our room included breakfast, but it was extremely poor, the worst I've ever had in a hotel. The service attitude was also not good. "Was an act of god to get fresh towels and general housekeeping. When they did get around to housekeeping, it always seemed like an inconvenience. Key card wristbands generally stopped working each time we left the room. Became usual practice to go to front desk to get wristbands reactivated. Waiters/waitresses were rude. Every interaction always seemed like we were bothering them. Became uncomfortable to ask for anything to the point where we just went to Publix to get groceries/snacks...
