Deer Run Manor - Indoor Pool, Hot Tub & Game Room

Deer Run Manor has plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy, from our indoor pool, to the fire pit and hot tub out back, to our game room in the basement. With five bedrooms and five and a half baths, it can sleep up to 16 guests. Located just outside of Logan, it is within 30 minutes of the popular Hocking Hills attractions.

In the pool house you can enjoy swimming, sit pool side, and enjoy the 75" TV and Bluetooth speakers. Walk out the back sliding door onto our deck with tables and chairs for all and a propane grill. Down the path you will find our outdoor fire pit and 6 person hot tub.

Inside we have a dining room with seating for 16 and a kitchen table with seating for four more. In our fully stocked kitchen we have Cafe appliances, wall oven and microwave, gas range, and a stainless steel fridge. There is also a second fridge located in the hallway off of the kitchen for additional food storage.

On the entry floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds, each with a desk and chair as well as a smart TV. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a TV room located at the top of the stairs. In the Primary suite there is a king bed, sitting area and 55" TV. The attached bathroom features a large bathroom vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. In the second king suite, there is also a 55" TV, walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom on the second floor has three twin over queen bunk beds. The TV room has a sitting area, 55" TV, and a full bath with a walk-in shower off of it.

In the finished basement we have a game room with dart boards, poker table, ping pong table, pool table and more! When you're done playing a game of pool, you can sit back and watch a movie on the 75" TV with surround sound. We also have a kitchenette with a mini fridge and sink.

Deer Run Manor is located within 30 minutes of most popular Hocking Hills attractions. Logan is about 20 minutes away, which has grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and more.

This house is located at the end of a private road, there are long term units located at the front of the property, and other short term rentals along the road going back to the Manor.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have external security cameras located on the garage next to the house facing the driveway and front porch. There is also a security camera at the entrance to the property facing the road. They will be on during your stay.

Internet is provided, but can be slow and spotty at times. Streaming is not guaranteed. Due to the location, we do experience occasional outages out of our control.

It was a wonderful experience. The indoor pool room was warm and cozy. The hottub was great in the snow. The host was quick to respond to messages, cleaned out the drive of snow quickly, and were flexible. We are looking forward to staying again and will recommend to friends for a great getaway spot!

Amazing vacation property!

This house was perfect for our group of 16 adults, teenagers and kids. The house was very clean and modern. Highlights were indoor pool, large basement with many games and large table where we could all eat. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions, and gave area recommendations. We would stay her again. Highly recommend!

Excellent family house

Our family all stayed here for parents 50th anniversary. Parent and three grown children with 6 kids all had plenty of room. So many things to do inside the house and on property it was excellent. Very nice accommodations, will remember this one!

Nice home!

The home was exactly as described!! Lots of space a wonderful indoor pool. The hot tub was amazing. We had a great time with five adults and four children (ages 4-9). We even left something behind and the host was so kind to mail it to us, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

What a great place to retreat with a stay-cation feeling for the groom's wedding party! We were able to relax, unwind, and enjoy all the things in the game room or a lounge in the pool or hot tub. So much space for all to share... specifically the loft room for the groom and his groomsmen PLUS so many bathrooms to get ready for the BIG day!

Great Accomodations!

Kitchen had everything and more! Indoor pool was fantasic as was the hot tub! The 1/4 mile drive was a great place to walk to get our steps in. Also great for the little one and the stroller! Lots of room and pics are very realistic!

A family escape

The house was absolutely perfect! Very spacious,clean and was filled with lots of activities that kept everyone entertained all day and night.lots of smiles, laughter and memories were gained from our stay. What You See Is What You Get!

Before I started to write this review, I read all of the previous reviews of Deer Run Manor. I wanted to see if I agreed with their assessment of the property. Everything that was stated in the previous reviews is accurate. Having just returned from a four day stay, I can honestly say that Deer Run Manor is as nice as everyone says it is and more. Our family has stayed in many vacation rentals and we all honestly feel that this is the best one yet! The unique aspects of Deer Run Manor are: the indoor pool, the starter supplies of paper towels and toilet paper, the cleanliness, and the propane fire pit! The management went above and beyond by providing plenty of outdoor trash cans and for responding quickly when we asked them to check the hot tub (water and chemical levels). Our first trip to Hocking Hills and Deer Run Manor was AWESOME! Given the opportunity, we hope to return there for another wonderful experience!

Must Stay

This place was so clean, had everything you need and more! The home is beautiful and the grounds are just as beautiful! It is tucked away so you dont have people right on you when your outside. Not far from a grocery store or hiking trails. Can't tell you how much it was worth the money. Give it a try!! I bet you will rent it again....Im going to!!

Deer Run Manor

We had a very good stay at Deer Run Manor. We enjoyed the swimming pool and many of the games in the game room. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms and they were clean. We did have a total of 12 to 13 people and we were never crowded. We mostly ate at the indoor eating space. We had activities in the basement where there was a large sitting area, upstairs in the dining area and outside around the fire. The kitchen worked well for cooking and preparing food. We did not use the hot tub but we should have. Our hike as a group went very well. We did have trouble with the TV's sound in the basement and we wanted to plug a karaoke machine into one of the TVs but could never do this. I'm sure we missed the fact that soap and shampoo were not provided but this was probably our bad for not realizing it or seeing it.

Perfect family gathering

This property is truly a gem! What a wonderful spot it was to gather with our family & create new memories. We spent hours playing games, swimming, talking, and singing. The proximity to Hocking hills trails, accessible Wifi, comfortable beds, and full washer&dryer left nothing to be desired! We would love the opportunity to come again!
