"My family loved this hotel because it was right by the beach, you could walk there in minutes. The breakfast was ok, the room were clean, somewhat small if you have kids but the rooms are all indoors so it felt safe. The parking is limited unless you get there early you can get a spot but other than that we had a great two night stay here, we enjoyed the views and wouldn’t mind staying again."

"This is my second stay once in 2020 now in 2026. Both times were great and peaceful. I did notice after showering, the place smelled awful. Not sure what’s going on with the drainage/septic tank.. idk, other than that stay was great."

"A good place if you plan to stay 1 night don’t expect a luxurious room like those expensive hotels. So if you’re okay with that then a good place to stay. Beautiful view on a clear day and see the ocean & there is walking distance beach nearby. During our stay there there were neighbors who were being loud/obnoxious , can hear everything but other than that good stay."

"The front desk was helpful a few times it we needed them, but the property overall is a dire need of improvement. The drapes in our unit were completely torn. The floor of our unit look like it had not been replaced in the last 40 years. The view of the ocean was beautiful, but the amenities were lacking greatly."

"Walked into the door and BAM! Husband and started having breathing problems. My face started swelling and itching I have barely non existent allergies and previous history of asthma. It smelled so bad and perfume and scented cleaners. Walked into the unit. Dirty all over the inside of the front door. It’s literally a room with a bed. There is NO bathroom door. Just a weird plastic half door. Soap bubbling at the bottom of the sink. Mold on the baseboards. Had to relocate immediately in order...

"This is a very good hotel that offers the basics. There is no gym but it was very clean and was suitable for what I needed. Parking is free here as well and there is a continental breakfast offered every morning. Staff are friendly and helpful."

"Initially I was searching around Union Square for a weekend get away with the fam, but that changed very quick due to daily parking fees and higher prices for rooms. I turned my search towards SFO and found this gem. It was a no brainer. Parking fees were pocket change per night, but what sold me was free daily breakfast!. Property is fairly new and beautiful!. Staff was beyond helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One other plus is the retail downstairs....

"Our room and the lobby were super clean, the woman at the desk was incredibly friendly, and the hotel is minutes away from Trader Joe's, CVS, and restaurants. It's also very close to the Millbrae BART station, and they offer parking at the hotel, as well. We'll definitely stay there again!"

"Basic hotel. Ok complementary breakfast. Nice they stored our bags . Area seems safe. On a busy street with no green spaces . Close to airport , free shuttle. Clean rooms but scratched and chipped walls/baseboards. Shower area not great - no tub and large locker room style standing shower with huge curtain. I couldn't figure out how to turn shower on , with no time before departure to get staff to help ."
