"I had a weather cancellation and needed a last minute stay. This property was far enough from JFK that I couldn't hear the planes taking off, got some good rest. It is also close enough for that all important shuttle. Staff at the front desk was kind and courteous. The shuttle driver was efficient and quick at loading/unloading luggage."

"I did not like that. The Grooms were downstairs and below street level…. There were no amenities other than breakfast being included, which was very good. There are not that many food or restaurant options."

"The air conditioning was out of order and temperature was extremely hot. On top of that there was no water in bathroom and restroom!"

"When spending 465.00 per night, (it was the weekend), I don’t expect to be in a room where the towel rack is falling off the wall and the door frames are chipped and peeling paint. Also the tap water was undrinkable. Way too chlorinated and if we wanted bottled water we had to pay for it. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. The furnishings and bedding were also nothing special. I have spent way less money on much nicer accommodations."

"The valet parking was sketchy. Witnessed the valet staff actually doing drugs in one of the guest’s cars they were sitting in before parking it while I waited for them to park mine. This made me INCREDIBLY anxious for numerous reasons."

"My husband and I stayed here in May after spending a week in Hampton Bays for a wedding due to an early morning flight out and conflicts with the train schedule. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast your typical continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and staff kept the area clean and replenished. The hotel is conveniently located by the Jamaica Center Station and the AirTrain to JFK. We would definitely stay here again in the future."
