"All good. For the shuttle, one need to call from his own phone to the hotel once arrive at the airport. The free phones at the pick up place do not work...it created some inconvenience to us. But it's great to have a shuttle service."

Valet is not 24 hours. And the “ parking “ for 10 dollars is probably a 10-15 min walk away. So good luck finding parking on the street. Decent spot. Not sure it was worth 350 a night but it was clean and no major issues. "

"To be very honest, the hotel provided a good room, but the neighborhood is horrible. 40 minutes from Manhattan, 25 minutes from downtown Brooklyn with a car. Staff is horrible, had to ask house keeping to come clean the room but they never showed up. Big reason to not book here is the AC system does not work. "The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. It was at an unreasonable audible level. The super came to the room, turned the temperature from 68 degrees to 55 degrees, shrugged, and left. The noise is audible from outside the room. I requested a different room and was informed that I ein the last one available. I went to a different hotel that operates at more common decinel levels.
