"The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, there was an issue with noise early in the morning. Around 6:00 a.m., we were repeatedly woken up by loud sounds, and we were not sure where they were coming from.
I hope the hotel can pay more attention to this small but important detail and make sure guests can have a quiet and restful night, especially in the early morning hours. A good night’s sleep makes a big difference to the overall hotel experience."

"Spent a short night here before our cruise. The stairs are difficult - no elevator and heavy suitcases were tough to manage.
They were in the middle of the renovation when we were there.
Room was clean and adequate. Great location, the cafe next door was really good."
