"This was a most fantastic cottage in the Clare Valley. The location was absolutely perfect in a quaint historic village nestled among so many great family wineries. The cottage was very well appointed with every amenity one could want including a very beautiful private backyard. We would rate it as a 20 out of 10 if we could! "

"Great location for getting around the Clare Valley. Nice quiet area. Well stocked with BBQ, firewood (it got cold at night), kitchen appliances etc. Fridge was very cold as it tended to freeze items at the back of shelves. Beds were very comfortable. Ticked all of the boxes.There was an attack of earwigs mainly due to the first lot of rain for a long time. (they all came out to celebrate).Overall we enjoyed the premisesThanks Peter "

"Excellent accomodation. Loved it! Enjoyed wine tasting there and the pub is just across the road. Superb breakfast items. Really cute town and I highly recommend this accommodation "

"Comfortable stay but feel a RC Air con could be put in dining area to heat main area. Comb. Fire hard to get going and takes too long to heat up the area. Would have preferred a laundry and decent clothes line."

"Stayed in Peppertree... easy location to find and get around. Great fire, linens, and plenty of heating to keep us cosy. The possums were rather active in the roof on Sunday night, but luckily only for a short period. thanks for having us. We will be back ! "

"My wife and i thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Burra at the Railway Station. Lots to see and do around the area. The Railway Station was very interesting will lots of history. We will defiantly return in the winter months to enjoy the fire. "

"We had many problems in the cottage, starting with difficulty getting the key out of the black box. Unable to contact owner or maintenance man on either numbers given. Heater not working, control panel very grimy, freezer shelf badly in need of defrosting, outside back light not working, wood stove not working efficiently because of ashes from previous fires, and no pan or tools to clean it out with. Because heater not working, insufficient wood for wood fire. cobwebs in 2nd bedroom."

"The property is too old & very tired. Needs lots of upgrades. Outside was dirty & unkept, rubbish bins overfilling thru out whole stay. There were mice in side. No coffee, or breakfast foods. . Unusual especially when you fly in late on a Sunday. People usually leave milk, bread, cereal & eggs etc. Two burners didn’t work, hair dryer didn’t work, some lights didn’t work. Was definitely too expensive for what it was. Although we appreciated you changing our bookings as we had to cancel Xmas...
