"It was fine but I expected mire. The lobby was stark and not welcoming. The staff member at check in very nice but had to inform me I was booked into the wrong room (king pet room) and took awhile to rebook me in a double queen non-pet room. Then internet was spotty and TV glitched so fortunately I brought a nice book. Elevator was not clean and tended to smell like whoever just left it. I took stairs. Did not stay for breakfast. Up your game to compete with your neighbors Comfort Suites."

"The room was really clean and cleaning staff extremely friendly, but they couldn’t keep up with dirt/mud in the staircase. You have to supply all your own dishes, pots & pans etc (which I knew ahead of time so I packed accordingly) The internet was down for a day and Tv was down for a couple hours. "Main management and a few employees are very kind and helpful. Our family was in a studio for a few days. During this time we noticed the employees didn’t like to stay at the front desk. They kept a sign up that says they will be back in a few minutes or dial zero on the phone for immediate assistance. So if you need anything, you constantly had to call them. They were just in the back behind the door hiding out. It just gives the appearance that they’re not real eager to want to help you when...

"Breakfast was great, and the lobby is was among the best we’ve stayed in. Rooms were pretty basic, and a little dusty around the edges. The pool was warmer than most, but kinda gross with grungy edges, and pretty dirty and sandy in the bottom, especially in the spa, where you could see it piled up in the bottom. "
