"This is a great property in an annex of the main house. Barry and his wife have really taken great care with the decoration and presentation of the property. Very spacious and met all expectations, nice bathroom with toothpaste, razor, deodorant, soap and shampoo all available. Similarly the new kitchen was well stocked with bread, butter, jam and eggs, tea, coffee and milk, not to mention the red and white wine and bottles of beer. "booked two rooms for 3 people and wasnt disappointed on my return visit to this place. Clean and ideally placed for preston city centre. Easy local parking and highly recommended"

"This property is accessed via a code which is imputted 4 times inclusive of the actual room.
Not sure it is neccesary once you have gained entry through the front door.
Also I only stayed two nights & the code was changed completely for the second night!"

"One thing I did not like was that the morning if checkout the cleaners were at the door trying to get in after 9am
I already have an issue checking out at 11 am but I definitely did not want to be woken up"
