"We were coming every month weekeng for some time and unfortunately it was our last stay.
We were coming not because of location, food or resort itself. We were coming because of cabanas.
Today we were informed that from now on cabanas is not included on weekend stay. Now we have to rent it separately.
Let me tell you, we never saw the line outside of cabanas . Most of the time it was max 3 occupied.
So, what is the reason for loosing customers?

Paper thin walls. We heard conversations and loud partying at night.
Air conditioner kicks on and it sounds like a rocket launch. The room gets very cold and then hot.
Furniture is worn in the room and lobby.
Forget the 6:30 AM breakfast. At 6:40 AM the lights were off, no food was out and the set up person ignored us.

"The location is perfect. Being on a marina was fun and made being in the room an experience. The two stories was perfect. The bedroom upstairs helped when my one of us was still sleeping. We had two showers! After swimming we both could come in and shower at the same time. No waiting! The kitchen has everything we needed, pot for spaghetti, strainer, pan for sauce and meatballs! The fridge is huge. Ice machines are available but the freezer has a small ice tray if you wanted to make your own....

"Ovetall, this property does give you the typical Florida keys charm and is very cute. Fun outdoor games for families, kayaks and bikes were lovely. The pool they could not keep clean with iguana poop and debris all 3 nights we were there but the one day we used it, it was lovely.
The room: The 2 beds were king size which is practically unheard of and to our surprise, the room was huge. Decorated tastefully, night stand was wonky and wobbly but overall the room was great! Inalso fid not...

"Everything was very good until Air conditioning stopped working at 1:00 am and had to sleep without it the whole night (Room 4H).
Checking in and check out were very smooth.
