"Staff is rude. Except for the staff putting the chairs and umbrealls at the beach they are the only ones that are helpful. If you plan to take your dog make sure he/she doesnt bark because the front desk will call you and you can not take them to the beach nor pool area. Dogs are not allowed to bark. "I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

"I must say this place is a "DUMP"! I had a reservation for another location (See my 5-Star review of Fernando Flats) but they were booked for the prior day, so I had to select Singer Island Inn as it was the only option on Expedia. WOW It is rundown, beaten-up and unclean. When we arrived the apartment smelled like weed! There were dead roaches and everything was dirty (see pics).
