"Luogo perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. si è immersi nel verde, in un giardino curatissimo. Il mare è letteralmente a due passi, e la struttura comprende anche una spiaggia privata. Sicuramente ritorneremo! "

"Bellissima esperienza. Locale ampio, ben arredato, ben fornito e pulito. Parcheggiare generalmente facile nelle vicinanze. Comprende di ventilatori e aprendo le finestre si sta bene. "

"Villaggio con nuove modifiche strutturali e nuovi alloggi dal maggio 2025. Cucina ottima soprattutto on menù alla carta, un po' meno perché ha trattamento pensione. Animazione super!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato solo due notti per poter partecipare ad un evento in zona accoglienza super personale eccellente struttura ottima, ci torneremo sicuramente per passare più giorni."

"Initially we were disappointed by the property, which is very simple and basic, especially the way it is furnished - a pity really as the main room is large and would be transformed with a couple of decent sofas. But the bathroom and kitchen are modern and good quality, and it was adequately equipped for cooking, and the washing machine was useful. The main issue is the proximity to the road, which is above the terrace area and has noisy traffic. But the bedroom at the back of the property was...

"Ottima struttura moderna, ben tenuta e dotata di tutti i comfort. Distante circa 10 minuti dal mare e dal centro, posizione silenziosa e molto tranquilla. La signora Enrica è molto disponibile."

"L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla, vicino a spiaggia libera e a stabilimenti balneari, vicino ai servizi indispensabili. Facilità di trovare parcheggio sotto casa."

"It's a lovely remote location, quiet but close enough to the village and the beach. The contact with the owner is great, he really took care for us, so we would enjoy the holiday even more. We were with a party of 5 adults and a big dog, and none of us has something to complain about. It was just super!"

"Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus , alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, zum Strand ist es nicht weit und gute Restaurants sind auch ln der Nähe. Guido und Michele waren tolle Gastgeber und standen für Fragen immer mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank !"

"We came to enjoy the Marche and it's beaches but spent most of our time at the property. The pool is large and the house has lots of shady areas to escape the heat of the day. There are large tables for outdoor eating, good Internet for working from home or entertaining the kids, and plenty of rooms indoors to choose from. The kitchen is large and easy to cook in. There is a bbq space if you want to cook outdoors. The loft room (air conditioned) is very big and can easily fit a family of four or...

"Posizione ideale, parking riservato, su due piani, recentemente rinnovato; con angolo caffè attrezzato, arredo nuovo, moderno, funzionale ed esteticamente gradevole. Fronte e vista mare, meravigliosamente “pieds dans l’eau” e colazione rigorosamente in veranda, in spiaggia. Unica mancanza, ma trattasi di esigenza estremamente personale ( porto lenti ed occhiali): specchio ingrandente per maquillage… Tornerò senz’altro e lo consiglio assolutamente "
