"Nice resort. Great staff and service. Rooms are a bit small and outdated, however everything was in working condition. My only concern was the fact that it’s open to anyone. Anyone can walk in with their food/drinks and sit by the fire pits and access the restaurants which made everything so crowded. The pool was the only place restricted to hotel guests."

"The front desk staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. However, the room was not very clean, as I found stains and hair on the bathroom wall. Housekeeping took nearly two hours and three phone calls to deliver bath towels. The wall-mounted A/C worked but was very noisy. Personally, I would not stay here again. However, if those inconveniences don’t bother you, it may still be a good place to stay."

"They were SO busy that I believe they were overwhelmed. Upon check-in, which I arrived an hour and a half past check-in time, the room that was assigned to me was still dirty. The front desk clerk quickly checked me in but didn't ask me any questions about my preferences and made no effort to make me feel comfortable. I didn't like that there weren't any stairs and therefore had to wait in long lines for the elevator. Later that evening we hit the pool to find it in absolute disarray with...
