I called front desk, at first not answering and after 3 calls finally answered. I told her about the lady. She said she called someone to check and said nobody was there anymore. "The rooms need renovation , the carpet in the room was very old . The check in process took 45 min, they were short on staff. staff were over worked , but really nice . "
