"Simply fantastic stay. The host (Property manager I think) is very flexible to accomodate our last minute demands. Their welcome packet was really amazing with local beverages (thanks). The house is beautiful. Every room is clean and equipped with all essentials. I think they were recently renovated(better than the picture). "This was my first stay and I really did not know what I was doing. I didn't know about the app. But I will have it before next time. The location was incredible. So were the animals. The cottage was PRFECT. I had to force myself to stop eating the muffins. I would give them a wonderful score. "

"The house was lovely, clean and spacious. However, we do have a couple of recommendations... The dining table only had 4 chairs in a house that sleeps 10 (we had 8). Please provide more chairs at the large table. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Finally, the patio only had one chair, which was too dirty to sit on. You need more patio furniture so guests can sit outside in the morning with their coffee."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Garden Cottage! We were there for 3 days while in Kansas City for business and it was the perfect place to unwind after many business meetings. The surrounding countryside is really peaceful and the gardens area is pretty. The pond is a nice place to sit too. All the appliances worked well, it was clean, and the owner was great at getting back to you quickly if you had a question. We had the farm fresh eggs and they were fantastic. If we come...

"We had a lovely stay and were within walking distance of old town Overland Park and the farmers market. Great little shops and wonderful restaurants. Apartment was clean and owner took care of a few minor issues right away. Would stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really nice and clean. My teenagers loved that they each had their own little place they could hang out, very roomy. I liked the ease at which we booked the VRBO and it was the feeling of home. I would definitely stay again."

"The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. "

"I needed an Airb&b close to the working dog competion that we were participating in. It is a great venue with plenty of room to walk and exercise my dog. I loved the horses, chickens, ducks and especially the fresh eggs. Great service as well."

"My family of 5 and 2 dogs stayed at this cute house for a couple of days. The house was great! The yard is huge for the kids to catch fireflies and play and the dogs to roam. The house was comfy and in a great location. Check in and out was very easy. "
