"Excellent stay at the Marriott in Harrison. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had a great experience from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The female desk clerk was rude, I was told that the breakfast staff was making fun of an over weight guest. They were pointing fingers. Shaking there head on how big she was. Coming from the back to show other staff members. So rude. I would not recommend a dog to stay at this location, I have nothing good to say about this location but it had a bed for me to sleep. Never again. And I plan on returning next year NEVER AGAIN!"

"The airport shuttle was a joke! It says every 30 minutes but we waited an hour and half. When I called, the woman I spoke to was rude. Noriah at the front desk was great. She requested our rooms were cleaned as a priority since we were there early but it was still 4pm before they were ready. The bar/restaurant was expensive. $3.25 for a bottle of water was ridiculous! The hotel is showing its age and desperately needs a refresh. Will not stay again."
