"It was very loud upstairs, mosquitoes came in the room from the space around the door. We had very limited sleep and no lake view from our room. Nobody was at guest services when we first arrived. We were not asked for identification, which I found d rather strange."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest - there was popcorn and cheesies under our bedroom table. The floor throughout was dirty. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. The community has a great selection when it comes to dining out and fast-food places. The lakes and ocean views are breathtaking."

"Would recommend Bras D'or Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful. The inn was well maintained and clean. Had a very small town, causal feel. Great place to stay while exploring the Richmond County area. A must go to is The Farmers Pantry cafe only 3 minute walk,"
