Our apartment is a unique accommodation located within the exclusive DOM residence, just 2 km from the center and the beaches of Riva del Garda. This beautiful three-room apartment with a huge private terrace of over 150 square meters is the perfect choice for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, with a breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Garda and the surrounding nature that creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere for your stay.

THE SPACES

The apartment features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds or a double bed, depending on the guests’ needs. The living room also features a sofa bed for additional guests.

The living room is furnished in a modern style and features a solid wood dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and hair dryer.

The apartment has a spacious reserved parking space in the garage; any second car can be parked outside the garage.

THE DOM RESIDENCE

The DOM Residence features a shared Olympic-sized pool and a smaller one for children, perfect for cooling off during hot summer days on Lake Garda. Lovers of outdoor sports and walks will find hundreds of century-old olive trees surrounding the apartment, as well as a beautiful tennis court open 24/7 and a soccer field.

The community pool is open from June 13 to September 14, with lifeguards on duty during the day (9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).

Our guests can enjoy all the amenities of the residence, including access to the beautiful surrounding park, the two swimming pools, and the tennis court, which is available 24 hours a day. We are confident that these areas will provide you with moments of relaxation and enjoyment during your stay.

Thanks to the apartment’s location, you can easily explore the entire area: just a 10-minute walk away are several hiking trails, including the Wanderwege, a spectacular route surrounded by nature. Alternatively, you can drive to Nago-Torbole in just 10 minutes to hike along the scenic trails. And when you’re done exploring, you can enjoy a meal at one of the town’s delicious restaurants.
