"Mr. Flores, our gracious host greeted us on arrival and for us comfy in our room with orientation of hotel and area. Lots of upgrades since our last visit, with big, private bathroom, comfy bed, A/C, small fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and small deck looking out to Caribbean Sea. Close to all Dangriga services. We had a Wonderful stay and will definitely come back."

"The property itself was beautiful, but the pool was only open until 6pm. The restaurant was only open until 7 and there was nothing to do after 7pm. This property needed to have someone at the front desk/ maintenance available 24/7. We went to check out at 6am and there was no one available to check us out. We called the front desk a few times for differe t reasons and there was no answer. "

The hotel has no information of the booking. He then asked me to pay him directly for a room that night. He also mentioned that the hotel do not have any business with hotels.com. "Naia resort was just what we were looking for! It is absolutely magical. Our beach front bungalow was truly breathtaking. It was immaculate, well kept, looked brand new even though it is ten years old and sooooo spacious. The bed was super comfortable, lots of pillows and soft cotton bedding. The outdoor shower was the best!!!!! Oh, if only we could have one at home. Housekeeping came every day and did a splendid job. We are neat freaks and it was just perfect! "It is an older hotel, so that was a bit of a shocker for us at first. But the location was great and after the receptionist changed our rooms we were quite happy, we got a bigger room with a smaller shower, (not to small) and shady outside sitting area, we were quite happy. The room and bathroom were clean, and because we only stayed 2 days we did not need the room-service. They did bring beach towels and emptied garbage. The breakfast was good and plenty, People lovely, and a superb location. "

"The penthouse was an excellent option for our family- the well apportioned kitchen was great as we did get tired of overpriced resort food. In general this was a perfectly good beach resort in a pretty quiet corner of Belize. The excursions were excellent and well staffed. We loved that they did toasted marshmallows on the beach at sunset and the diving platform was a hoot.
