"I can’t say enough about this day! The views are out of this world. The cabin is very well appointed with all the amenities you could want and then some! No problem at all with Wi-Fi or television, which always seem to be a problem with other places I’ve stayed, but not here! Owners are super sweet and responsive. A lot of places I’ve stayed, the amenities like silverware seem to be like after thoughts, but not here! A lot of time and attention has gone into making sure you are comfortable....

"From the moment we booked the host was available and answered questions. The home is clean, beautiful and you can not beat the amazing view. Our family really enjoyed our time. There is a three bear grocery store, burger resturant and coffee shed, very close by. Hatchers Pass was a close as well. We have nothing but fond memories of our time shared at the Chalet, so grateful!"

"Although this trip was bittersweet, since we came for a celebration of life for my brother who has lived here for forty years, it was a very nice trip. The accommodation were just right. We were able to host a small family dinner. If I come back up to Alaska or know anyone coming up here, would definitely recommend this VRBO. Thank you "

"Cottage fit the 2 of us perfectly, plenty of room in the kitchen to cook. Couch was comfortable and adjustable to fit different needs. 2 moose came right by it our first night there! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!"

"Place was perfect for 2 people. Appreciate the color safe shampoo and conditioner. Could have more kettles and an ice cream scooper. Bed was comfy. Had trouble with the app as we were traveling to cabin and I kept emailing the host to text me the entry code and she did not respond so I called VRBO to get information. The guy there told me the code and he called the host to tell her to text me instead because I couldn't receive emails. The host then emailed me again. Never text me at all. Good...

"We had an incredible stay at the Roaming Iris for our elopement in Alaska. Everything was as described, if not better. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could need. The location was perfect-close to Wasilla and Palmer with great restaurants, cafes, and activities. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests’ experience. We could absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone...
