"The house is exactly as photos appeared. The modern house was 180 degree switch from our cabin rentals during our vacation. Everything is clean & new- it was just completed this spring. Hot tub was a nice relaxing spot after a long day of traveling."

My wife and I are in our 70’s and we were put on the third floor with no elevator. "Shampoo AND conditioner is included as well as lotion. Fridge in room was working but it is turned off between guests so it will take a long time to cool down. We were on the backside so we had a nice view of the mountains. The outside of the window could use a good cleaning. Price is reasonable for Alaska. Room was large and comfortable."

"We really have zero complaints about the room or the hotel, we do however have an issue with whoever was staying above us on the second floor. They started stomping around at 5 am and didn’t stop until they left at 7 am. The room was nice, the view was nice, the restaurant was amazing…but the noise level was not good. I know that the hotel con not make their guests be quiet and consistent, so I’m not complaining about them. As much as I would like to give a 5 star review our stay wasn’t as good...
